VACATION RENTAL PROGRAM

We offer Guest Services for homes that are on rental programs.  Our Guest Services Department is available to make sure your guests have an enjoyable, trouble-free stay, from check-in to check-out.  We provide inquiry and reservation support, timely guest communications, provide vetted local service providers and direct payment to you for your rentals.

BASIC PROGRAM (without Vacation Rental Program)

For homeowners looking for limited inspection and maintenance services, our Basic Program is ideal. Should 
our routine inspections yield any need for repairs, we will inform you promptly so that you may employ the 
services of your preferred vendor at your convenience or we can provide local vendors.
Fees: $40.00 per visit to the property.  Services include:

Inspect property bi-monthly and report to owner via inspection report      

▪ Inspect for forced entry and vandalism  

▪ Confirm doors and windows are locked

▪ Check for plumbing leaks in kitchen and bathrooms

▪ Run water in all plumbing fixtures to reduce odors from non usage

▪ Turn on heating and air conditioning system to evaluate operating condition

▪ Inspect water heater for leaks

▪ Inspect outdoor water meter for unseen leaks

▪ Inspect general condition of home, i.e. needs cleaning, grass needs cutting, etc.
