Sherri Sparrow Helms
Owner
Sherri, a native Atlantan, has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years specializing in
management of residential communities and commercial properties. She has worked for such respected firms
as Healey Weatherholtz Properties, Concordia Properties, Noro Management, Merchants Management and
Branch Realty Management. Projects ranged from all aspects of asset protection, property management,
annual budgets and monthly financial statements to overseeing commercial properties with over 2 million
square feet and gross annual income over $11 million dollars.
Sherri obtained her CPM, certified property manager designation in 1997 and holds a Georgia real estate
license. She is detail oriented with the persistence to follow all projects to completion and the ability to direct
people and situations with positive results.
Her strong property management background led her to form Second Home Property Management as a means
to put her extensive experience to work for the individual homeowner.

Mark is also a native Atlantan and has been living on the north end of Lake Lanier since 1963.
Mark recently retired from the Food Industry in Sales & Purchasing. He worked with such firms as Hormel Foods, Big Star Stores, Colorado Boxed Beef and most recently with Sherwood Foods.
Since retirement, Mark is now working full time with Sherri to handle day to day operations, responding to guest inquiries and overseeing vendors for cleaning and for maintenance issues. His supervisiory skills have enabled him to step right in his new role.
