MEET THE FOUNDER
Sherri Sparrow Helms
Founder & CEO
Sherri, a native Atlantan, has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years specializing in
management of residential communities and commercial properties. She has worked for such respected firms
as Healey Weatherholtz Properties, Concordia Properties, Noro Management, Merchants Management and
Branch Realty Management. Projects ranged from all aspects of asset protection, property management,
annual budgets and monthly financial statements to overseeing commercial properties with over 2 million
square feet and gross annual income over $11 million dollars.
Sherri obtained her CPM, certified property manager designation in 1997 and holds a Georgia real estate
license. She is detail oriented with the persistence to follow all projects to completion and the ability to direct
people and situations with positive results.
Her strong property management background led her to form Second Home Property Management as a means
to put her extensive experience to work for the individual homeowner.
